HOW CAN I APPLY A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To redeem your coupon code, add your desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll find a designated box to enter your code; simply input it and click “apply.” Please keep in mind that only one promotional code can be applied per order at globalministore.com. Coupon codes cannot be used for orders that have already been placed.

What If I Receive Damaged or Missing Items?
Our returns policy has got you covered. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been used or damaged due to misuse. If you’ve received damaged or incomplete items, please report it within 3 business days of receiving your order by contacting us at globalministore@globalministore.com. Ensure you retain the original packaging and box in case we need to file a claim with the carrier. In some instances, we may require your assistance to investigate the issue. Why Did I Pay but Haven’t Received a Tracking Number?
Typically, payments are processed and credited to our account within 10 minutes. However, some unique circumstances may require a few days for processing, depending on the credit card payment platform (2checkout and PayPal) used. We recommend checking the product page for the items you’ve ordered, as it will indicate the product’s inventory availability status. Products that are out of stock will be shipped automatically as soon as we receive additional inventory.
